Dear Inteliquent Fax Application Customers and Partners –

We are excited to announce a change in the support process to improve your customer experience.

Effective today, January 10, 2023, Fax Application requests for support and porting will be managed by our Inteliquent Customer Support team.

You will can still continue to send your requests to faxsupport@voyant.com which will open a support ticket and you will receive an initial reply from reply@inteliquent.com with your ticket number. Additional communication will come from support@inteliquent.com. We encourage you to ensure these email addresses are whitelisted by your email server to improve ticket resolution times. Please note that support requests can only be made by an authorized customer administrator or partner administrator. Additional administrative access can be requested by an existing administrator.

You may also connect with our support team directly by emailing support@inteliquent.com, just be sure to let us know your request is for the Inteliquent Fax Application. Also, don’t forget to subscribe to our status page for up to date maintenance and service information https://status.faxapp.inteliquent.com/
